Welcome. The aim of this site is simple - to rail against the slow, but steady chipping away of traditonal American values by a host of groups & individuals bent on destroying them.

"I'm Melting...I'm Melting!" - Kerry's 'Nam Meltdown

Not since Dorothy threw water on the Wicked Witch of the West has anyone witnessed such a fun meltdown as with John Kerry's Vietnam problems. The Swift Boat Veterans for Truth are Kerry's Dorothy, splashing a bucket full of truth into his face. And Kerry is slowly melting because of it.

Kerry is responding to it in typical fashion. He sends out his hacks & mouthpieces to defend his "honor" & uses proxies to slander & distort. He accuses the Bush/Cheney campaign of colluding with the Swift Boat veterans. He files complaints with the FCC about the t.v. ads the Swift Boat veterans have been airing, seeking to have those ads pulled. And as is typical of "freedom loving" liberals, he demands that the publisher of the Swift Boats veteran's book, "Unfit For Command", withdraw the books & publish no more of them. Ah - censorship & denial of First Amendment rights.

But the one thing Kerry has not done is to address the issue in the Swift Boat accusations. Compelling proof was set forth that Kerry lied about being in Cambodia in Dec '68. But the only response from Kerry's staff was to answer that Kerry was near the Cambodian border or that Kerry had a mismemory or that, well, he was really on a secret mission to Cambodia in Jan '69. Kerry himself has not addressed this, nor has Kerry himself addressed the accusations that he lied about his medals & the circumstances surrounding them. The mainstream media, which overwhelmingly supports Kerry, has not been forthcoming in publishing the issues. They prefer withholding from publishing the accusations or burying them on a back page or rising & denouncing the Swift Boat veterans in their editorials.

If Kerry's Vietnam exploits are truthful & accurate as he claims, then it is time for him to personally speak out & counter the accusations. If he doesn't, then all the name calling & complaints filed by him are not going to settle the issue in his favor. If Kerry's truth is the truth, then he can also sign Form 180 to release all his military & war-related medical records. It is that easy - a simple signature. But he hasn't & won't. That might be because the Swift Boat veterans may just be right. The media could help Kerry by questioning him directly & challenging him to demonstrate the truth. But they haven't & they won't. That might be because the Swift Boat veterans are right.

And so the meltdown continues - it is showing in the polls. We are not in Kansas anymore, Toto.

Seems like your down to expousing only one statement that the Swift Boaters made. Guess the rest were found to be a bunch of lies made by a bunch of puppets. Methinks Bush is one of the puppets also - controlled by the money of the multinatonals.

And does not Kerry have the right to ask this? Is this request not guaranteed by the First Amendment also?

Geesh - how does one respond to crazy people? They don't know they're crazy or they wouldn't be crazy. We'll try this - After Bush & Cheney rack in billions from their clever plot to steal from the poor & give it to their super rich friends, then they are going buy mansions for all the Swift Boat Vets who helped them steal the election from Kerry. Then & only then are they gonna come after YOU, Mr. Crazy Person. Watch your back.

"Under pressure from Democrats and Republican Sen. John McCain, President Bush on Monday called for ads attacking John Kerry's record in Vietnam to be stopped"

Republican Senator John McCain - decorated war hero- calls for the end of the attacks on John Kerry - decorated war hero.

Georgie Porgie Bush - combat evader - finally does.

Gee Whiz, I must have missed the Kerry speech where he speaks out & tells the liberal 527's to stop their ad attacks. Ya think? Wow- John Edwards missed 'Nam - school deferment. But he could have volunteered like hero Kerry or at least joined the Guard, like Bush. Gee.

World Weekly News Headline - Aliens shake hands with Kerry - Bush envious.

Now who do you think is behind that article?

If there is truth behind an ad then it is not an "attack" ad. Therefore, I have yet to see an ad attacking Bush.

You have not seen "attack" ads from libnut groups cuz you haven't looked. Geesh - I'm not gonna do your work for ya. Attack ads are not only on tv. Try magazine ads, web ads, etc. Ah - the one comparing Bush to Hitler was nice - but after complaints it was taken down. And you're right - it's not an attack if there is truth behind it- just like what the Swift Boat vets are saying.

And what is wrong with comparing Bush to Hitler???

Both meet the definition of fascist.

Both invaded other countries.
Both are presiding over genocide. Hitler directly. Bush by ignoring the situation in Africa.

Doubts still remain about Bush meeting his requirements. And no one seems to dispute that Bush was given preferential treatment. So much for all men being created equal. The fundamental tenet of our nation.

Ho hum, blah, blah, blah. Where's the documentation that Bush got preferential treatment? Only in libnuts fantasies.
