Welcome. The aim of this site is simple - to rail against the slow, but steady chipping away of traditonal American values by a host of groups & individuals bent on destroying them.

Bush Calls Patriots "Vigilantes"

Speaking at a press conference last week alongside Mexican President Vicente Fox and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin, the president said: "I'm against vigilantes in the United States of America. I'm for enforcing the law in a rational way."

He was referring to a group called The Minuteman Project. This is a group of volunteers who plan to patrol, by land & air, Arizona's border with Mexico. Any illegal aliens they spot will be reported to the Border Patrol. They will not interdict or interfere. They will merely report. They are doing what the Federal government has failed to do to secure our southern border. A need for 2,000 BorderAgents was met with the Administration by requesting less than 300. The Minutemen maybe have had an impact because now the Administration is aiming for 500 - still far short of the 2,000 needed.

This does not sit well with El Presidente Fox. He has threatened to take the U.S. to an international court over the matter. He has also posted 1,000 Mexican soldiers along that area as an intimidation factor. A terrorist guerilla group down Mexico way has threatened to come up to the Minutemen & "teach them a lesson." Even the radical libnut ACLU is monitoring them. The Minutemen must be doing something right to garner the wrath of Fox, the terrorists & the crazy ACLU. Fox has repeatedly interfered with U.S. policy along the border & has encouraged the hordes of illegals invading this country.

For President Bush to call the Minutemen "vigilantes" & liken them to the image of a lawless crowd bent on extra-legal justice is an outrage. It is more of an outrage that he said it standing next to the likes of El Cerdo Vicente Fox. Bush said that he is for "enforcing the law in a rational way." We haven't seen any enforcement yet, rational or otherwise.

President Bush owes an apology to the Minutemen. Rather than call concerned Americans "vigilantes", what he should have done while on that podium was to give Vicente Fox a good swift kick in his cajones.

Why don't you see the movie "A day without a Mexican"? Finally Mr. Bush should be lauded. You're still getting it all wrong Mr. Francis.
